Kee Photographics has been involved in Event Photography for 25 years, long before it became a fashionable thing and everyone started doing it. As a result, we offer quality and the service like no other.
Whether you are having a Wedding (our particular speciality), a Birthday Party, a Charity Event, a Christmas Party, a Corporate Gathering, a Product Launch, an Awards Ceremony, a School Summer Ball, a Leavers Ball, a University End of Year Ball, a School Prom , Golf Days/Presentations and Football Tournaments/Presentations– we have experience of these events, and will provide a stylish and special memento of the occasion that will make it last for ever.
Our highly qualified Photographers will be on site early to set up with the minimal amount of fuss. All our equipment is Pat Tested to meet with the requirements of Hotels and Listed Buildings for Health and Safety reasons.
We have a range of Backgrounds for you to choose from or we will always use something appropriate to suit your Event. Your Guests would have their Photograph taken whether it is individual, couples, family or groups, this process is not rushed, great care and attention is taken to bring the best out from the people. Once this is done they can continue to enjoy the drinks reception or party. During the Event the proofs will be printed up (credit card size) for your guests to look through and choose what they like and only then will they be printed to the full size of 8” x 6” or 8” x 12” for them to take away on the Night.
We will also put the images on our Web Server for the guests to view afterwards – and for people that did not attend so they can see what they missed out on. This is done free of charge.
There are various different packages we can offer.
Most Events are done without an Attendance Fee. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase their Pictures at a cost of £10.00 8” x 6” or £15.00 for an 8” x 12”.
If we are doing a general coverage of the Event, i.e Award Ceremonies, Raffle Draws, Fashion Shows (anything done away from the Studio Set Up is charged at £300.00 for 3 hours).
For Corporate Events where you wish to give away prints to Guests, pre-purchased Tokens are available, the price will be determined by the number of tokens requested.
The final option is a new introduction for 2010/11. We will take and giveaway as many pictures as we can in one hour, (this is restricted to one print per person), at a cost of £250.00 per hour. The print size will be 8” x 6” in a display mount, minimum booking is two hours.
At Charity and Corporate Events there is an option to have name and logo to ensure that your guests remember where they got their picture.
